May's Art Studio is generally based in the greater Austin area, but every order ships from Leander, TX specifically. Everything is created by Jasmine May in her home studio, and every order is personally fulfilled and packaged by her.

Giclée prints are the finest and some of the most sought after reproductions in the fine art world!

From the French word "to spray", this printing process mists pigment bases inks on a museum grade surface to produce the most detailed rendering of an artwork possible. Designed to last up to 200 years, a true Giclée is extremely archival.

All of the Fine Art Giclée Prints are made to order right in May's Art Studio, using a Canon Pro-1000 printer; a professional photo and fine art inkjet printer with a pigment-based ink system.

All prints come on 100% cotton rag paper, and with archival pigment-based inks, our prints are guaranteed to last a lifetime.

For now, all Fine Art Prints do come signed by Jasmine May, including open edition prints.

To preserve the integrity of works that rise in value over time, originals are the only works that arrive with a certificate of authenticity. Prints, hand-painted apparel, and stickers do not come with a certificate of authenticity.

Our goal is to ship your order to you within 3-5 business days after you've placed an order. Originals may take longer.

All orders are personally fulfilled, packaged, and shipped from the studio by the artist, so please allow for some wiggle-room when it comes to receiving your order. Everything is packaged and shipped with love and care!

All orders will be sent with tracking numbers and you should receive an email from the shop with that info as soon as your item ships.

Once shipped, most orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on where you live and the efficiency of your local postal service. 

How Do You Determine Shipping Costs?

We ship via UPS Ground for Originals, and USPS Priority Mail for all other items. Large items that won't fit in a regular mailbox will be delivered to your door!

Originals include complimentary UPS ground delivery! USPS Priority Mail Shipping costs are calculated automatically through Shopify, based on the weight and size of the package, and the destination. 

Currently, May's Art Studio does not accept international orders, and right now we are only shipping within in the United States. If you are outside of the U.S., and would like to purchase from May's Art Studio, please send us an email about it. If there is enough demand for it, we will consider expanding.

Your order confirmation and invoice is delivered to your inbox automatically after purchase. If you cannot find it in your primary inbox, it may have ended up in your spam folder.

If your order has not been shipped yet and you are able to contact the studio in enough time, we are able to make changes after checkout, including a change of shipping address. Although, modifications to your order cannot be guaranteed.
